The quality of the neighborhood we live in is directly affected by the participation of those who own homes in our subdivision. Your fellow homeowners serve on the Architectural Review Committee. They review proposed changes to existing homes, both structural and cosmetic, to preserve continuity and consistency in the exterior appearance of homes in the subdivision. The Board of Directors manages the finances of the subdivision, identifies projects to improve and maintain the subdivision and its facilities, and oversees the professional property manager. For example , resurfacing our pools and other maintenance including painting were funded through the reserve fund established by the board through reserve assessments. We are currently identifying future projects to enhance our Seabrook Island Community.

None of this would happen without the participation of homeowners in the subdivision. Your individual participation can and will make a difference. We encourage everyone as members of the HOA to volunteer to work on the Board and its committees.
