ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC):
This committee is responsible for establishing/maintaining architectural guidelines, reviewing ARC applications and working with the Board & HOA Manager on enforcement of these guidelines.
HOME IMPROVEMENTS Home improvement applications are reviewed and approved by the HOA - ARC and must comply with the CCR's and the City Building Code and Permits. If you have a question about this process please contact the HOA Management Company.

Got ideas on how we can get more beauty for our Neighborhood? Save water and trees? this committee is concerned with our biggest budget item: Landscaping and water. Please help us with your ideas YOU can make a difference in our annual dues and environment.
