Interested in modifying your property? Here's how:

1. Please review the neighborhood rules and regulations.

Design GuidelinesExhibits

2. Design your improvement within these guidelines AND The City of Seabrook guidelines.

3. Obtain your city permit FIRST.

4. Send your city permit and a completed Home Improvement Application into the Architectural Review Board (ARC) via eMail or postal mail to:
